There are no charges for rescheduling and cancellation of an appointment 24 hours prior to notification. Appointments that have been rescheduled or cancelled after 24 hours, refunds will not be issued and you will be charged the full amount.

Your appointment will be scheduled with the therapist of your choosing. Clients will be given the same treatment online as if are in office.
